Non Returnable Items:

Special Order Products, Accessories, Projectors, Home Audio Equipment, and Extended Warranties

Television Return Policy 
Upon the television being delivered you or your cosignee must inspect the unit for any damage or defect. If you see any damage or defect DO NOT accept delivery. Refuse the shipment ,note the damage on the delivery manifest and call us ASAP so we can set up an exchange. Once you sign and accept delivery there are NO returns on your order.


Upon your credit card being charged, if the products you originally ordered are changed via phone with our sales representative during  the order confirmation  we will email you a new updated final invoice. Please review it carefully, to make sure you are fully satisfied and agree to the changes made, once the order has been shipped  there are no price adjustments or cancellations. Accepting delivery means customer is confirming any changes made to order if different from original invoice and accepts price and model changes as shown on invoice attached to product upon delivery. 
Accepting and signing for delivery indicates that you or a cosginee has inspected merchandise for damage and defects, that you have reviewed your confirmation which was emailed to you when you confirmed your oder via phone  and that the shipment is as described to you at time of purchase and matched your online or phone order. Once television is signed for there are no price adjustments.
If you decided once the order is in transit to you that you want to cancel the order for any reason such as the order does not fit your needs or you simply changed your mind be sure to REFUSE shipment. DO NOT sign for and accept it.
If you televsion is defective after  you accept and sign for it then you can contact the manufacturer for the first year for service.
We would be happy to assist you in setting up a service ticket with them.
 Projector Return Policy
Projectors are not returnable unless it comes damaged on arrival.
If your projector does arrive and there is physcial damage then you must contact us right away within  24-48  hours of when the order was delivered at 1-877-933-2578 and we will arrange for a new  replacement to be sent right away.  If you dont contact us right away we will not be able to set up an exchange.
If there is a defect then you must contact us right away so that we can assist you in setting up a service appointment with a authorized service  service center.
Extended Warranty  Return Policy
Extended warranties are pre registered and cannot be cancelled or returned once we bill you for it.
Cancellation/Refusal Policy
 Once an order has been dispatched from one of our warehouses you cannot cancel your order .
 No cancellation is confirmed unless you get an email from  support@tvsdailydeals.com to confirm the cancellation.
 If you are refusing or cancelling shipment of an undamaged unit that is en route to you, you are responsible for a 10 percent  restocking  fee  and delivery charges both ways. Shipping charges are $200.00 each way per unit
 Refund Policy
 All refunds are issued to the same form of payment that was used when you originally placed your order.
Once your return is processed we will refund your credit card within 24 business hours. Once we issued the refund it might take a few extra days for it to post with your financial institution.
If for any reason we are unable to refund your credit card we will mail you a check within 1-2 weeks of when your return was received.
